The image consists of simple rectangular chessboard patterns with varying density and size, interpolated along drawn Bézier curves. This is the first image I printed with my new machine, which allows me to work not only in A1 format but also on other media like canvas and lithography stones, as well as with different tools like brushes and chalk. The effort in this format increases significantly, as I have to change the pen every 2-3 hours. I care deeply about the environment, which is why I cut open the ink pens and refill them with ink from glass bottles. This way, I can drastically reduce the amount of waste I produce.
